NPIL and NPLL have a small number of policies that were taken out in, or from within, Jersey and Guernsey. These policies will be transferred separately under a Jersey Scheme and Guernsey Scheme and the Court hearings for approval of these Schemes will take place as follows:
Jersey Scheme: 12 December 2008 at the Royal Court of Jersey, Royal Square, St Helier, Jersey.
Guernsey Scheme: 9 December 2008 at the Royal Court of Guernsey, The Royal Court House, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 2PB.
The Jersey Scheme and Guernsey Scheme incorporate and will be implemented on substantially the same terms as the main UK Scheme.
