We know many of you were not happy with the cost of calling us because our 0870 numbers are charged at a national rate. Quite simply, it just isn't good enough so we've done something about it.

You can now call us on 0845 880 0088 which, if you are calling from a UK landline, will be charged at local rate.

As an alternative, you can also call us using our new ’03’ number, perfect for customers who can dial ’01’, ’02’ and ’03’ numbers for free as part of any inclusive call minutes or discount packages offered by landline or mobile phone operators. Please call - 03 3012 39020

We know there's nothing worse than when a company does something that leaves you feeling as if you need to complain, then they charge you a national rate for the phone call you have to make to put things right...which then leaves you feeling as if you need to complain...ever felt as if you're in a vicious circle?!

So, while we hope you never have cause to complain, if you do it now won't cost you a penny with our new 0800 freephone number for complaints.
